Bami Goreng

You may try to cook at home your favourite healthy meals of our restaurant. Our chef Tomáš Kalina has published a book called "Noodle",which contains 30 healthy recipes with simple descriptions for preparation. The cookbook is publish in English as well.You can buy it either in our restaurant or in every bookshop. .

The chef of the Hotel Yasmin and the Noodle restaurant Tomáš Kalina shares in the book his interesting and healthy recipes that he has learnt during his journeys abroad. Some of those recipes you can try in our design restaurant Noodles. You can then compare whose food was cooked better.

Bami Goreng ... for 2 persons ...

Ingredients:70g Mitrung Wifon egg noodles (or any other Asian type egg noodles), 60g chicken strips, 60g baby shrimps, 30g white onion - strips, 30g lettuce - strips, 5g fresh ginger, 1 tea spoon fresh chilly, finely chopped, 1 tea spoon ground chilli, 2 table spoons soy sauce (best - kikkoman).

Procedure:
Fry chicken meat. Add coarsely chopped onion and stir. Add finely chopped ginger and chilli and stir well again. Season with ground chilli, soy sauce. Finally stir in cut lettuce. Add cooked pasta and stir

These noodles go very well with egg omelette cut in strips and fired onion. It brings out an excellent contract of tastes. Time of preparation: 15 minutes
