Those who got to like the great dishes of the Noodles restaurant in Prague, or you enjoy Asian cuisine may be interested in the new book called Nudle, prepared for you by the chef on the Noodles restaurant Tomáš Kalina.
Recipes in the book Nudle are meant to be healthy and quick.
What is the book Nudle about? The book is full of examples of the world cuisine and experience acquired during his journeys around the world, from Czech republic through Germany and Switzerland down to Thailand or the USA until he settled in the design Hotel Yasmin in Prague, where the noodles restaurant is located.
If you are looking for a recipe of Chinese noodles, Italian ravioli, German spaetzle or traditional noodles with poppy seed this is the right cook book for you. Not only you will find noodles with all kinds of ingredients and procedures, but also a list of descriptions and characteristics of basic Asian farm commodities important for these meals.
All is illustrated with colour photographs of the meals. The recipes are in Czech and in English. The book is available in all bookstores and in the Noodles restaurant, where you may invite your guests to confront the meals in the book with our chef. You can also come for advice regarding the recipes and link your visit with a sitting in our peaceful garden in the centre of Prague. We are preparing not only meals from the book but also weekly business lunch menu, which thematically changes.
