Apart from a great talent the chef has a great experience in the international cuisine. He’s worked for six years in Germany and in Switzerland. There he has cooked with specialists from France, Canada, Malaysia or Sri-Lanka. He’s got special training in the exotic cuisine during his training course in preparing Chinese noodles in Beijing. In the spring 2006 he obtained a certificate of acquittal from the famous academy ‘Blue Elephant’ in Bankok.
In 2005 he obtained the silver medal in the prestigious contest Salon Culinaire Mondial in Basle, which is one of the four most important gastronomic contests in the world. This contest takes place once in six years and can be compared to an Olympic medal.
