Cassarecie with guacamole

Cassarecie with guacamole ... for 2 persons ...
Ingredients:70g cassarecie (short pasta), 60g peppers of all colours - strips, 30g cherry tomatoes - halved, 0.5 dcl cream, minimum 30 %, 5g grated parmesan, 50g guacamole paste (avocado paste), 20g sliced avocado, 1 tablespoon sunflower oil, salt.
Procedure:
Fry peppers in the oil. Add cream and let cook slowly until the cream thickens. Add guacamole and stir. Stir warm cooked pasta in the prepared mixture. Stir again and finally add avocado, cherry tomatoes and parmesan. Add salt as you like but parmesan and pasta are salty on their own
You can make guacamole at home. Peel an avocado, take the stone out, sprinkle with lemon juice (juice is used to prevent the avocado from becoming brown) but only slightly so that the paste is not sour, cut peppers very finely and add salt :o)Some people add in guacamole chopped tomatoes and onion too. It is up to you, you can try both variations but be aware of the fact that whenever you use raw onion the meal will turn bad soon. Time of preparation: 15 minutes
