Buckwheat noodles

You may try to cook at home your favourite healthy meals of our restaurant. Our chef Tomáš Kalina has published a book called "Noodle",which contains 30 healthy recipes with simple descriptions for preparation. The cookbook is publish in English as well.You can buy it either in our restaurant or in every bookshop. .

The chef of the Hotel Yasmin and the Noodle restaurant Tomáš Kalina shares in the book his interesting and healthy recipes that he has learnt during his journeys abroad. Some of those recipes you can try in our design restaurant Noodles. You can then compare whose food was cooked better.

Buckwheat noodles ... for 2 persons ...

Ingredients:20g Brussels sprouts - halved, 20g broccoli – small pieces, 10g fresh soy sprouts, 70g buckwheat noodles, 1 tablespoon sesame oil, 1 tablespoon sambal manis sauce (or similar sweat and sour sauce), Sliced almonds, Ground cloves, Salt.

Procedure:
Fry Brussels sprouts and broccoli in sesame oil. Add soy sprouts and sambal manis, thus the mixture will thicken. Take off the heat, add warm cooked buckwheat noodles. Add clove and salt and you can add a bit of pepper. Finally add almonds, you can stir them in or use as garnish.

Time of preparation: 10 minutes.
