Healthy recipes of our chef

You may try to cook at home your favourite healthy meals of our restaurant. Our chef Tomáš Kalina has published a book called "Noodle",which contains 30 healthy recipes with simple descriptions for preparation. The cookbook is publish in English as well.You can buy it either in our restaurant or in every bookshop. .

The chef of the Hotel Yasmin and the Noodle restaurant Tomáš Kalina shares in the book his interesting and healthy recipes that he has learnt during his journeys abroad. Some of those recipes you can try in our design restaurant Noodles. You can then compare whose food was cooked better.

Chinese noodles CHOW MEI ... for 2 persons ...

Ingredients: 100 g chicken breasts, ½ onion, solamyl TM, sesame oil, 50 g carrots, 30 g of Chinese cabbage, 150 g chow mei noodles, soya paste, pepper, soya sauce, sugar, salt, white wine, oil

PProcedure:
Slice the chicken breasts, mix in a bowl with soya paste, solamyl TM, and a little salt. Cook the noodles in salty water and rinse them well in cold water, put in a few drops of oil and let them drain. Chop the carrots and the cabbage finely together with the onions.

Heat up the sesame oil and cook the chicken breasts and then add all the vegetables together with the noodles. It takes only a little while to heat, so do not cook for too long. Flavour with sugar and salt to your taste. At the end add white wine and mix.

Chow mei can be decorated with rice noodles that you can fry in a pan a few seconds before serving. ATTENTION! The oil must be heated to a high temperature.
