The chef of the Hotel Yasmin and the Noodle restaurant Tomáš Kalina shares in the book his interesting and healthy recipes that he has learnt during his journeys abroad. Some of those recipes you can try in our design restaurant Noodles. You can then compare whose food was cooked better.
Yam Wun Sen ... for 2 persons ...
Ingredients: 60g glass noodles (thin), 20g tomatoes – bigger pieces, 1 tablespoon fish sauce, 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice, 10g red onion – coarsely cut, 10g butter, 20g shi-take mushrooms - strips, Fresh coriander, Dressing: 5g chilli peppers, 5g coriander, 2 garlic cloves, 1 tablespoon fish sauce, 5g granulated sugar, 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice.
Procedure:
All the dressing ingredients mix with the blender. Soak glass noodles in hot water for about 5 minutes, they should be clear and flexible, not hard. Let drain and mix with the dressing. Slightly fry mushrooms with butter and let cool down. Add coarsely cut coriander, cut mushrooms and red onion. Then season with fish sauce and lemon juice. Stir in the tomatoes. The salad must be slightly sour, spicy and you must taste coriander in it.
It is also possible to add fried chicken or pork meat strips.
